Joanne Moniello
Joanne has over twenty years of group benefits experience representing both, employers and benefit administrators, throughout the State of Connecticut. Beginning her career as a claims processor, advancing into COBRA administration and systems management, Joanne brought her skills to GBAC in 1991. During her tenure with GBAC, Joanne has managed customer service teams and various brokers. Currently, she assumes the roles of Large Group Account Specialist, Director of Broker Relations and manages the firms customer service efforts.
