Joseph A. Bucci Jr., CPAAs Chief Financial Officer of GBAC, Joe brings a breadth of knowledge, experience and insight into the dynamic health insurance and benefits administration arena. Joe has led the charge in educating brokers and clientele on the challenges that confront them with consumer-directed health care.
Joe's career spans thirteen years of public accounting and corporate experience throughout the State of Connecticut. Joe is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, School of Business Administration and a licensed certified public accountant. Joe's public accounting experience started (and finished) with the Fairfield County-based firm of Nishball, Carp, Niedermeier, Pacowta & Co, P.C with a three-year interlude with the New Haven-based firm of UHY LLC (formerly Scillia, Dowling & Natarelli LLC a member of the Centerprise Financial Group).
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Over his career Joe has advised and managed business entities from all facets of industry, specializing in closely-held organizations.
