Christy Bernard is the Director of Human Resource Consulting for GBAC. She is heading up the division, is responsible for all human resources consulting strategy and planning including implementation and support of the human resources services. Our human resource consulting division is supported by three additional human resource professionals who have received their certification as SPHR.

Prior to her current position, Christy was director of human resources at HARCO, a mid-sized aerospace manufacturing company in Connecticut. While at HARCO, Christy directed all human resources, safety and security. Christy has over 8 years of human resources management experience in California and Connecticut.

Christy is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She earned her masters degree from Albertus Magnus College and has completed a human resources management certification program at UCLA. Christy is an active member of the national Society for Human Resources Management and is a chapter member for both New Haven and Hartford County.
