GBAC was originally formed to service brokers that did not specialize in health insurance. In the 1980's, GBAC lead the charge of introducing self-insurance to the market throughout the state of Connecticut. Throughout the 1990's as insurance carriers changed and access to markets eroded, GBAC continued to evolve as employee benefit specialists by diversifying the solutions they brought to market.
